Leave us 5-star Google Review with comments on Crystal Haven and Crystal Haven Wellness Living. You will receive 125 loyalty points for each site (Crystal Haven Wellness Living and Crystal Haven) you leave a review with comments, totaling 250 points ($10) to spend in-store at Crystal Haven!

 

Stipulations:

• Only for customers who have not left a review in the last 12 months.

• Must be enrolled in our Crystal Haven loyalty program to receive reward.

• Must have attended an In-Studio class at Crystal Haven Wellness Living to earn reward for Crystal Haven Wellness Living Review
