What is your Return/Exchange policy?

No returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. All sales are final.

What is the Loyalty Program?

The loyalty program is a reward program for our loyal customers to receive $10 Loyalty Cash for every $250 in-store purchase only. Mystic Monthly Membership, gift cards, online orders, transactions at expos and shows, and Services by Siuking are excluded.

  • Every $1 spent in store equals 1 loyalty point.

  • 250 points equal a $10 reward

  • Only one $10 reward per customer per day can be redeemed

  • No expiration date on points

 

Do you buy any specimens from private vendors?

The owner handpicks special pieces for the store. Unfortunately, we do not purchase from private vendors at this time.

 

What if I don’t find a specific specimen in store or online?

The owner has a tremendous amount of private collection. Please email us at crystalhaveninfo@gmail.com with your name, contact info, price range, name of specimen, and shape or color you are looking for. We would be happy to check our inventory and reply to your needs within 7-10 business days.

 

Can I bring children under 12 to the store?

Children are welcome, but must be able to keep a mask on.

 

What is the product is damaged during shipping?

Please email us at crystalhaveninfo@gmail.com with pictures within 7 days of receiving your product. We will contact you for details for credit or replacement within 3 business days of receiving your message.

 

Are you hiring?

As our company business is expanding and evolving, we are always accepting applications for new positions. Applicants must be 18 years of age and Reiki 1 certified by Siuking (or intend to attend Reiki 1 training by Siuking within 90 days of employment at your cost). Must have great customer service skills and be a team player. Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more and have a flexible availability. COVID Safety Policy

  • Face mask is optional for fully vaccinated customers

  • Masks still required for non-vaccinated or partially-vaccinated customers

  • Sanitize your hands upon entry

  • Maintain 6 feet social distancing from other parties

  • Each customer has up to 40 minutes to shop

  • Children are welcome, but must be able to keep a mask on if not fully vaccinated

  • Stay home if sick within the last two weeks
